Hillbilly Proud headed down to the Alderson 4th of July Celebration on July 2, 2023 to cover the Racing on the River Dirt Drag Races and Mud Bog. It was the first time the event was held and they had no problem getting a large crowd to watch all of the action. The day started with some great and close drag races and then moved on to the mud bog, which lasted well after dark. We quit shooting before it was over due to lack of visibility. We hope this becomes an annual event and we get to come back again.
